Pam has over 29 years of experience in commercial real estate first as an attorney, then as an investor and commercial real estate broker. Following her graduation from New York University School of Law, Pam practiced corporate and real estate law in San Francisco for 15 years.
In 2004 she moved to Tampa Bay to invest in real estate and to enter the real estate brokerage business at Carter and Associates. During her real estate career Pam has represented landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers of commercial real estate ranging from small local companies all the way to Fortune 500 companies. Over the years she has narrowed her specialty to the representation of tenants and buyers of office, medical, and industrial properties.
In 2012 Pam obtained her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Only 6% of commercial real estate brokers obtain the designation. Designees must complete over 160 hours of graduate level courses and must complete a comprehensive exam covering financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis.
Pam’s legal background combined with her skills in financial and market analysis enable her to provide a superior level of service to each and every client served.
