Our fees for Tampa commercial tenant representation are generally paid by landlords at market rate commissions, which are contingency-based. Landlords understand that most commercial tenants are represented by a real estate broker and they are willing to pay a fee to attract quality tenants to their properties. Our fees are market driven and consistent across all building alternatives, and we only get paid when we successfully complete a transaction for our client.
Our fees for buyer representation are also generally paid for by the seller. However, in some instances a seller may not compensate the buyer’s broker. In that instance the buyer will be responsible for compensating us at a market rate commission. That commission will be negotiated up front.
